The retreat kicks off with a 90-minute goat yoga session. If you’re new to goat yoga, it’s a delightful form of yoga that incorporates goats into the practice. These playful creatures love to climb and interact, adding a unique element of joy to your yoga experience. The session takes place at Jim Dandy Goat Yoga in Fort Myers in a serene outdoor setting, surrounded by trees and fresh air, offering you a peaceful and relaxing start to your retreat.

After the yoga session, we’ll head to Six Mile Cypress Slough Preserve, where it’s time to hit the trails for a scenic hike. The hike is approximately 1.5 miles long and takes you through some of the area’s most beautiful scenery. It suits all fitness levels, so don’t worry if you’re not an experienced hiker.

Once we’ve completed the hike, it’s time to relax and enjoy a picnic lunch. You’ll be served a delicious lunch of sandwiches, salads, fresh fruit, and a sweet treat. You’ll have time to chat and enjoy the scenery and peaceful surroundings.
