Vibrational Sound Therapy (VST) relies on specifically engineered Therapeutic Singing Bowls that provide stress relief through extreme relaxation provided during the session.
VST works through the actual contact of the singing bowls and the human body. It differs from a Sound Bath or Sound Healing because the bowls are non-crystal and are placed in actual contact of the body during a session unless otherwise requested by the client.
The modality is constantly growing and changing with input from our community of practitioners, instructors, and clients. Using this information, the method becomes a conscious living entity based on our therapeutic relationships.
