There are two accomodation options to choose from and all include taxes, fees, meals, activities, workshops, excursions,and use of the entire property.
Option 1: Twin bed with jack and jill shared bathroom, main house for $1700
Option 2: Twin bed with shared bathroom, guest house for $1600
If you would like a solo/private room with shared bathroom, please reach out for pricing.
During check-in, we will have self serve alchoholic cocktails and/or wine available (as well as mocktails). During the remainder of the retreat, alcohol will not be provided. If you would like to bring some, you are free to do this, however, there are only community fridges available and no personal fridges in the rooms.
We provide transportation to and from the excursions but not to or from the airport.
Tampa International Airport is 28 minutes away.

Yes! Your options are to pay with a deposit and 2 subsequent payments or pay in full.
Option 1: Non refundable Deposit: $500 due upon registration. 1/2 of the reamining balance due 60 days prior to the retreat (November 23, 2024) and the final 1/2 due 30 days prior to the retreat (December 23,2024). Payments at 60 and 30 days are non-refundable.
Option 2: Pay in Full: In the event that you need to cancel, refund policy is $500 until November 23, 2024; 1/2 plus $500 until December 23, 2024; non-refundable after December 23, 2024.
If you register within 30 days of the retreat, the balance is due in full.

Cancellation policy
Event Cancellation by Organizer:
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient registrations, participants will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit.
Force Majeure:
We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we will do our best to accommodate participants on a case-by-case basis in situations such as serious illness, accidents, or other unforeseen emergencies. Please contact us as soon as possible if such circumstances arise. * Covid 19 does not apply. All payments are non-refundable.

Absolutely! To ensure peace of mind and protect your investment we strongly recommend that all participants consider purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. Travel insurance can provide financial coverage in case of unexpected events that may disrupt your plans and prevent you from attending the retreat.
